gaga over lady gaga

Lady Gaga is by far the artist of the year in my opinion, I simply CANNOT get enough of her! Her songs, her look, her voice, her performances... Yesterday she was on Ellen and performed her hit, Pokerface, and it was a fantastic performance. Easily the best I've seen on Ellen.

With all the hype around her, her fashion and her look, its easy to see the entity that is Lady Gaga, but what this performance reminds us is that she can really sing. Her voice is really impressive, and to hear her in a more acoustic way really emphasizes her talent. Oh, and she can dance and perform too. Doesn't seeing this make us realize how little we see people perform on TV, where they actually sing? (i.e. Paula Abdul lipsynching on Idol, a erm, singing competition...).
