it's time

It's time for Niamh's first haircut, I admit it. I've been putting it off because I think her hair is so cute, and people have been saying its getting long, but I just haven't been able to bring myself to do it. I don't know why, I guess I think she's still a baby, but once she starts getting her hair cut, she'll be a little girl...
