nearly in sight

Apparently, you can prevent nearsightedness by doing these exercises, shown below. Danwei.org digs up the best stuff!

This is based on acupuncture and reflexology techniques, and apparently, massaging the right channels around the eyes is supposed to help. However, critics say there is no evidence to support that this actually works, and that it just increases the infection in eyes with all the massaging.
